Requirements

Full professional proficiency in Japanese and English.
Degree in an engineering/technical discipline OR equivalent practical experience in engineering or B2B technical sales
Proven background in engineering, technical support, or the sales of industrial/engineering equipment
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and flexible approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements from a technical perspective and propose tailored solutions
Provide technical explanations of product specifications and present problem-solving approaches
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up
Conduct market research and outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities
Collaborate closely with partner factories in Japan
Handle post-sales follow-up and support as needed
