About The Position

At Hilton Grand Vacations, our Marketing Concierges are at the heart of the guest experience. In this role, you’ll connect with travelers, learn what excites them about travel, and introduce them to our vacation ownership opportunities in a natural and engaging way. You’ll invite guests to attend a presentation while creating positive, memorable interactions throughout their stay. This is a fast‑paced, highly interactive environment where your energy, professionalism, and consistency directly influence both guest satisfaction and your own success. We offer a pay guarantee plus commission, providing strong earning potential for employees who consistently meet or exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating positive experiences for guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to establish rapport and communicate professionally, effectively, and courteously in person, over the phone, and through email with guests, team members, and business partners.
  • Bilingual Fluency in Japanese and English, with the ability to speak, read, and write clearly and professionally in both languages.
  • Able to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and successfully manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Detailed understanding of the island of Hawaii with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island.
  • Previous experience working in a commission-based sales or marketing environment.
  • Preferred candidates to be located in Hawaii and have knowledge of Island activities.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews and the sale of mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site guests and visitors.
  • Provide concierge services to guests by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities.
  • Distribute approved promotional information and providing excellent customer service to all guests while projecting a professional company image.
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.
