About The Position

Rivas & Associates is seeking a Bilingual Immigration Sales Consultant who will be responsible for running consultations with prospective clients to assess their immigration needs and present the firm's legal solutions. The role involves converting qualified leads into retained clients by building trust and communicating value, collecting detailed client information, and collaborating with attorneys and senior consultants to ensure accurate case guidance. The consultant will also guide clients through contract signing and initial payment collection, and maintain organized records with timely follow-ups.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish — written and verbal (required)
6+ months of experience in sales, client intake, or a consultative role
Strong communicator who can simplify complex information for clients
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States. Employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify.
