About The Position

This role is responsible for managing and developing commercial activities across multiple distribution channels, strengthening relationships with clients and strategic partners, and driving revenue growth through the execution of commercial strategies, data analysis, and market insights, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the airline industry, with a strong background in sales, commercial account management, and/or distribution channels, including indirect sales (this is a must-have requirement for the role).
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus or Sabre preferred), intermediate to advanced Power BI, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

  • Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial activities across all distribution channels, including travel agencies, corporate clients, tourism entities, and other strategic partners, providing commercial guidance and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services to drive sales and strengthen client loyalty.
  • Plan and execute commercial initiatives, identifying and developing new business opportunities while ensuring proper tracking of results, effectiveness of client interactions, and continuous management of the assigned portfolio.
  • Coordinate local and global client communications in alignment with operational requirements, supporting the closure of new business opportunities and assisting in commercial and operational processes, including groups, events, airport operations, and product portfolio management.
  • Analyze commercial performance indicators such as sales results, forecasts, market share, route performance, and client or agency behavior, in order to define action plans that increase sales and optimize the positioning of both direct and indirect distribution channels.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for assigned accounts and portfolios, aiming to increase revenue, strengthen customer loyalty, achieve targets and budgets, and consolidate market presence within the assigned territory.
