About The Position
Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, is seeking a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support our utility-scale solar project in Wheatley, AR. This role serves as a key partner to field leadership and hourly team members, helping ensure a positive employee experience while supporting critical HR and administrative functions on-site.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of administrative, HR, payroll, or workforce coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish and/or Creole is a plus
- Construction industry experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR and administrative resource for assigned project sites
- Support field leadership with day-to-day workforce and personnel needs
- Process and audit employee timekeeping to ensure payroll accuracy
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including pre-employment requirements and new hire readiness
- Process employee transfers, promotions, pay changes, and offboarding activities
- Assist with employee relations matters and escalate concerns when appropriate
- Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews and building local talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting
- Assist with compliance initiatives, audits, apprenticeship programs, and special projects
- Support DOT and workforce development programs as needed
