About The Position

The Bilingual Human Resources Generalist is a trusted business partner to employees and leaders, delivering high-quality HR services that support employee engagement, workforce stability, and operational success. The role executes HR programs, resolves employee concerns, and supports talent acquisition and retention. Success is measured by the ability to build relationships, solve workplace challenges, improve the employee experience, support business objectives, and drive measurable HR outcomes. The position reports directly to the Plant HR Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or business environment, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and professional guidance regarding HR programs, policies, and workplace concerns.
• Deliver a positive onboarding experience that supports engagement, compliance, and retention.
• Support initiatives that improve employee morale, engagement, communication, and retention while promoting company values and workplace culture.
• Support employee relations activities and promote a respectful, inclusive, and accountable workplace through consistent application of company policies.
• Administer HR processes and maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance.
• Partner with plant leadership to support staffing needs, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
