Responsibilities

• Direct incoming calls.
• Manage client intake and coordinate staff notifications.
• Maintain accurate patient information in databases.
• Handle appointments and cash handling.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including deposits.
• Ensure the clinic lobby is clean and welcoming.
• Champion the Performance Improvement Program for patient experience.
• Train new staff on patient care delivery.
• Monitor patient flow and make staffing adjustments as needed.
• Resolve escalated customer service issues.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives.
• Provide constructive and encouraging feedback to staff.
• Facilitate communication between patients and providers.
• Check provider schedules for accuracy.
• Monitor office supply levels and coordinate orders.
• Foster effective relationships and teamwork.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
