We are seeking a Bilingual fluent English and Spanish talent to join our Grande or 5th ST or Digital Branches Sales Team. As a Bilingual Financial Services Officer II, you will play a key role in delivering on our mission to care for members like family. You will assist in opening new accounts, take consumer loan applications and carry them to the finish line when the loan is funded, and connect members to additional services through thoughtful referrals, all while creating experiences that lead to lasting loyalty and positive feedback. Requirements

  • Applicant has written and verbal proficiency and fluent in English and Spanish
  • Prioritizes long-term relationships over one-time transactions
  • Excellent communications in verbal and written
  • Possesses a genuine self-starter attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of the foundation of determining credit worthiness
  • The ability to collaborate with team members
  • Able to plan and prioritize workload, strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
  • A trusted advisor to our members and others can rely on
  • Two (2) to ten (10) years of consumer lending and financing or related banking/credit union industry such as universal banker at a credit union/bank.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar or prior work experience in a call center preferred for Digital Branch FSO.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging with members, understanding their needs, and providing personalized, effective solutions.
  • Actively contribute to loan growth by identifying member needs, educating them on available loan products, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive member growth by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities to expand membership, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Accurately identify members needs and proactively refer them to the Financial Advisor and Mortgage Department when appropriate.
  • Consistently produce high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors through careful planning and thorough review.
  • Assist Grande Branch in growing the credit union to increase members by 678, increase loans and increase deposits by December 31, 2026 date while achieving net income!
