We are seeking a Bilingual fluent English and Spanish talent to join our Sales Team at our Grande, 5th ST, or Digital Branches. This role is crucial in delivering on our mission to care for members like family. Requirements

  • Applicant has written and verbal proficiency and fluent in English and Spanish
  • Prioritizes long-term relationships over one-time transactions
  • Excellent communications in verbal and written
  • Possesses a genuine self-starter attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of the foundation of determining credit worthiness

  • Minimum High school graduate or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar or prior work experience in a call center preferred for Digital Branch FSO.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging with members, understanding their needs, and providing personalized, effective solutions.   • Actively contribute to loan growth by identifying member needs, educating them on available loan products, and providing tailored solutions. Focus on building strong relationships, promoting financial wellness, and guiding members through the loan process with clarity and confidence to drive lending success.
  • Drive member growth by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities to expand membership, and delivering exceptional service. Focus on educating potential and existing members about the benefits of our products and services, fostering loyalty, and enhancing overall member engagement.
  • Accurately identify members needs and proactively refer them to the Financial Advisor and Mortgage Department when appropriate. Strive to provide clear and helpful information, ensuring members receive expert guidance tailored to their specific situation, while enhancing overall satisfaction.
  • Consistently produce high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors through careful planning and thorough review. Strive to maintain a high standard of performance by adhering to processes, continuously improving skills, and ensuring tasks are completed with precision and efficiency.
  • Assist Grande Branch in growing the credit union to increase members by 678, increase loans and increase deposits by December 31, 2026 date while achieving net income!
