About The Position

We are seeking a Bilingual Financial Services Officer III (Branch Sales) to join our Grande, 5th ST, or Digital Branch Sales Team. This role is crucial in delivering on our mission to care for members like family, building trust, creating meaningful relationships, and providing solutions that improve members’ financial lives. You will assist in opening new accounts, processing consumer loan applications from start to finish, and referring members to additional services. The ideal candidate is motivated, people-focused, and ready to grow their career while making a positive impact. This is a full-time, onsite position with a base pay of $23 per hour plus incentives and a bilingual stipend.

Requirements

  • Written and verbal proficiency and fluent in English and Spanish
  • Prioritizes long-term relationships over one-time transactions
  • Excellent communications in verbal and written
  • Possesses a genuine self-starter attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of the foundation of determining credit worthiness
  • The ability to collaborate with team members
  • Able to plan and prioritize workload, strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
  • A trusted advisor to our members and others can rely on
  • Ten (10) or more years of consumer lending and financing or related banking/credit union industry such as loan processor or credit union/bank banker.
  • Minimum High school graduate or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar or prior work experience in a call center for Digital Branch FSO is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Consistently deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging with members, understanding their needs, and providing personalized, effective solutions.
  • Actively contribute to loan growth by identifying member needs, educating them on available loan products, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive member growth by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities to expand membership, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Accurately identify members needs and proactively refer them to the Financial Advisor and Mortgage Department when appropriate.
  • Consistently produce high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors through careful planning and thorough review.
  • Assist Grande Branch in growing the credit union to increase members by 678, increase loans and increase deposits from prior year by December 31, 2026 date while achieving net income!
