About The Position

Chowbus is hiring a Bilingual Early Talent Recruiter to build campus recruiting across universities in the United States and Canada, with a focus on early-career sales talent. The role also owns full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market (GTM) positions, including Sales Managers, Sales Associates, and POS Technicians. The recruiter will expand Chowbus’s presence in Chinese student communities, manage its Handshake presence, source candidates through online platforms and community networks, create bilingual recruiting content, and plan campus events and career fairs. The recruiter will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain talent pools, track school and channel performance, and work with hiring managers, Sales leadership, Marketing, and the recruiting team in China. The role encourages experimentation with new recruiting channels and tools. It reports to the Head of NA Recruiting and follows a hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days per week in the Chicago office. Occasional travel to campuses in the U.S. and Canada is expected, as are some evening or weekend events during fall and spring recruiting seasons. Success expectations include learning the sales roles and recruiting process, securing Handshake approvals at priority schools, establishing student organization relationships, building a qualified early-career candidate pipeline, running full-cycle GTM searches, closing five hires through campus and early-career channels, and reviewing channel performance with recommendations.
