Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch or transport operations
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory – this position communicates with a bilingual driver base and US-based clients
• Strong knowledge or direct experience with cross-border transportation, including ACE/ACI processes
• Proficiency with dispatch systems and comfort with learning new technologies
• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of geography and transportation routes
• Ability to prioritize and handle pressure effectively
• Resourceful, independent, and highly organized

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AS400

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone and internal chat
• Monitor and respond to operational emails in real-time
• Manage dispatch operations, including real-time assignment changes and system updates
• Coordinate and support cross-border shipments with a working understanding of ACE and ACI processes
• Create and manage cross-border documentation (ACE/ACI)
• Communicate clearly with drivers performing both domestic and Canada–US cross-border deliveries
• Interact with US-bound drivers and customers in the US to ensure seamless service
• Ensure compliance with driver Hours of Service regulations
• Support customers and internal teams with timely updates and issue resolution
• Utilize TMS software (experience with AS400 is an asset)
• Contribute to the development and adherence of operational procedures
