About The Position

InteLogix is seeking an energetic, engaging, and empathetic Bilingual Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems and interacting with customers. The representative serves as a customer partner by connecting with customers, navigating their needs, and providing solutions while delivering excellent service and effective results. The role is onsite and pays $19 per hour. It is full-time and non-seasonal. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the shift with minimal to no distractions.
Computer and technology skills, including the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs while speaking with customers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong attendance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by phone.
Process credit card payments over the phone or through Storefront for new and existing customers.
Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and guide customers through solutions.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across tools and platforms.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
Work to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
Seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
Work within defined operating hours, with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays.
