About The Position

InteLogix is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can solve problems and interact with customers across the country. The representative serves as an empathetic customer partner, connecting with customers, navigating their needs, and providing effective solutions. This is a full-time, non-seasonal, onsite position paying $16 per hour. Schedules vary based on job-related factors, and flexibility is needed to work within defined operating hours, including weekends and holidays. Job offers are contingent on completing a drug screen and background check.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the shift with minimal to no distractions and perform constant sedentary work.
Computer and technology savvy, including the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs while speaking with customers by phone.
Typing assessment required.
Excellent attendance.
Flexibility to work within defined hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
Completion of a drug screen and background check is required for a job offer.

Responsibilities
