About The Position

Midland Transport is seeking a motivated, part-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a permanent, 100% remote position requiring 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The ideal candidate will possess a quiet, distraction-free home work environment with an appropriate desk and ergonomic chair, and must reside in Atlantic Canada. The role emphasizes providing superior quality service and going above and beyond for customers.
