Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) – (German or Dutch)

Join Fraserway RV and help create unforgettable travel experiences. Looking for an opportunity to be part of Canada’s largest RV dealer while helping customers create memories that last a lifetime? Want a role where every day is different and your work directly contributes to once-in-a-lifetime adventures? We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for the seasonal period from April 2026 to October 2026 at our Delta, BC dealership. Both full-time and part-time seasonal positions are available, with an hourly wage range of $20–$22, based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Fluency in English plus German, Dutch, or Mandarin
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, energetic personality and a genuine passion for customer experience
- Ability to work weekends and collaborate with a team
- A desire to help turn vacation plans into lifelong memories
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic approach
- Guide customers through their RV rental experience from pick-up to return
- Walk customers through paperwork clearly and confidently
- Demonstrate RV features (truck campers and motorhomes), helping customers feel ready for the road
- Check in returning RVs and resolve concerns efficiently and positively
- Support other departments as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience
