The company is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused bilingual customer service sales representative. The representative serves as a first point of contact for customers, providing assistance with product inquiries, resolving concerns, recommending relevant products and services, and building long-term customer relationships. The role handles customer communications in Spanish and English and supports sales through upselling, cross-selling, and effective deal closing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, including written and verbal communication.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and CRM software.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Experience in food and agriculture, health, wellness, or nutrition.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in Spanish and English.
• Provide product and service information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Present products and services confidently and close deals effectively.
• Handle customer objections professionally.
