About The Position

We are seeking a sharp, highly organized, and proactive Bilingual Customer Service Agent located in Latin America to manage our omnichannel customer operations. In this role, you will take full ownership of incoming calls, emails, text messages, and order processing. You will work directly with the business owner in an environment that values high autonomy, precision, and a long-term growth mindset. This position requires zero micromanagement; we are looking for a professional who catches on quickly, executes meticulously, and wants to grow alongside the company.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in customer service, call center operations, sales, or administrative support roles.
  • Strictly Bilingual (100% fluent in English and Spanish).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages are mandatory.
  • Professional, high-energy, and reassuring phone presence with a positive mindset.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple data points, customer records, and quotes without errors or missed follow-ups.
  • Able to quickly memorize or reference product lines, equipment specifications, and industry terminology.
  • Comfortable operating cloud-based software, e-commerce backend platforms, communication tools, and utilizing generative AI tools (ChatGPT) to improve daily workflows.
  • Looking for a long-term professional home with a desire for stability, consistent hours, and professional growth as the business expands.

Nice To Haves

  • A proven track record of working remotely with US-based companies (e.g., telecom/contact center outsourcing) is a significant plus.
  • C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume incoming calls, emails, and texts from homeowners and clients regarding quotes, orders, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while providing a professional, high-energy, and reassuring experience.
  • Manage basic updates and postings on social media and on the website.
  • Input customer data, order details, and standard price quotes accurately into internal operational systems.
  • Quickly notify our sister company via phone or email to help fulfill specific online orders.
  • Assist the business owner with general daily workflows and administrative tasks to help scale the business.
  • Rapidly learn the swimming pool equipment industry to transition from basic intake to answering intermediate technical questions within 30–60 days.
  • Use tools like ChatGPT and tailored prompts to search for information, automate routine admin, and streamline processes.
