Requirements

  • Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish (Required).
  • Must be a fast learner with strong communication skills.

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed product and service information while resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording and updating information.
  • Identify the root cause of customer complaints, select the best solution, and follow up to ensure total satisfaction.
  • Suggest additional products and services based on customer needs and questions.
  • Collect and analyze customer information to prepare reports and recommend improvements to management.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing necessary customer adjustments.
