About The Position

Jordan Credit Union seeks an employee who cares about members’ financial needs and works to make their day better. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., with a half day off each week, and rotating Saturdays from 9:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with telephone and text requests in a quick, courteous, and accurate manner.
• Maintain a pleasing and professional demeanor while addressing member concerns and questions.
• Act as a liaison between members and other internal departments by transferring calls and texts to appropriate staff.
