Crestone Services Group is a rapidly growing infrastructure company supporting telecommunications, utility, and power construction throughout the western United States. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a recruiter who understands the fast-paced world of construction hiring and enjoys partnering with operations to build exceptional teams. This is more than a recruiting position. You'll become a trusted business partner, helping leaders identify, attract, and hire the people who keep critical infrastructure projects moving forward.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
- Construction recruiting experience – REQUIRED
- Experience recruiting positions such as: Equipment Operators, Foremen, Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, CDL Drivers, Linemen, Fiber Technicians, Skilled Trades
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong sourcing and recruiting instincts
- The ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping people succeed
Responsibilities
- Recruit for construction, utility, telecom, and skilled trade positions.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies through networking, referrals, social media, job boards, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner directly with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce priorities.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.
