Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, who is based in Montreal, you’ll act as bilingual co‑ordinator supporting the organization’s various business areas. You’ll play a pivotal role in the team by providing ongoing, sustained support to Senior Specialists throughout the recruitment cycle. In this role, you'll represent the public broadcaster’s brand image for internal and external candidates. Your duties will also include ensuring quality control for job postings and applicant testing. You'll be expected to shift smoothly between administrative tasks and other relationship-based work that will put you in regular contact with the various partners involved in files and allow you to carefully analyze application profiles. You’ll operate in a dynamic, creative environment where you’ll serve as a CBC/Radio‑Canada ambassador within the organization and in the broader market. This is a hybrid position with a mix of remote and in-office work requiring two days (flexible) per week in the office. Work arrangements will be discussed with the hiring manager per departmental guidelines. Two permanent full-time positions are currently available, based in either Montreal or Toronto.
