About The Position

Provides first line of support and problem resolution for selected products and services. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional support.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with clients in diverse settings.
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French, with proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and interactions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and skilled in editing and manipulating PDF files.
  • Familiarity with Life and Health Insurance administration systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in resolving escalated client complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure all customer communications are clearly and accurately documented for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in complaint cases, providing timely and empathetic support.
  • Draft and deliver clear, concise, and professional written communications to clients.
  • Speak with clarity, professionalism, and empathy with clients during complaint management process.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data collation, organization, and reporting.
  • Liaise with Client Services teams to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of client issues.
  • Complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) tasks with a high degree of attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
