The Bilingual Patient Relations Specialist will be responsible for answering calls from patients and other stakeholders, communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to assist patients with their inquiries. This role involves coordinating with other teams to ensure first call resolution, explaining services and billing to patients, and providing translation services to other members of the VieMed team who are engaging with Spanish-speaking patients. The specialist will also address patient concerns, de-escalate issues, and perform follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction. Additionally, this role includes performing Quality Assurance audits on call recordings to provide feedback for coaching and guidance.
