About The Position

AnywhereWorks is hiring Bilingual Client Experience Associates who live in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona. Associates answer inbound calls for clients’ businesses from home and support callers by capturing leads, taking orders, scheduling appointments, and sending messages to clients. The role also handles standard answering, Active Response outbound calls, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls; training is provided for each call type. The work is fast-paced, with calls often arriving back-to-back, and performance is measured by quality, accuracy, ready percentage, and after-call work time. The schedule is 40 hours per week, mostly scheduled between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time. During the first 8–12 weeks after training, associates must work at least eight hours every Friday and Saturday. Associates choose shifts weekly, with shift selection prioritized by performance tier, so flexibility is required. Attendance is tracked using a points system. Training includes two weeks of paid training, followed by 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development, during which associates take live calls with ongoing support. Associates must be fully available for 40 hours per week during this period and cannot block off holidays or vacation time. This is a work-from-home role using a Bring Your Own Device policy. The employee’s computer and internet connection must meet the company’s system and internet requirements before starting. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check. AnywhereWorks describes its mission as enabling people to work and learn together from anywhere and states its commitment to equal opportunity, diversity, a safe workplace, and a culture of belonging.
