About The Position

Join Our Team—Support Families Through Their ABA Therapy Journey To support our continued growth and unwavering commitment to quality care, Proud Moments ABA is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Care Coordinator (English/Spanish) based in Las Vegas, NV to support families and children receiving in-home ABA therapy services. In this vital role, you will serve as the key liaison between our clinical team and the families we serve—ensuring clear communication, seamless coordination, and a compassionate, supportive experience throughout their care journey. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish to support Spanish-speaking clients
  • Good understanding of HIPAA and how it applies to handling protected health information (PHI), patient confidentiality, and secure communication practices
  • Effective administration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS office, Smartsheet and related business and communication tools
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong soft skills - personable, engaging, and professional

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in an ABA related coordinator role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating care for children with autism by assigning behavior technicians in collaboration with the Administrative Director and Talent Advisor
  • Supporting families as a friendly, reliable point of contact—promptly responding to their questions, concerns, and needs
  • Upholding quality standards by conducting regular quality assurance reviews with client families and the care team to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
