About The Position

Keystone Patient Financial Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Billing Representative to support the revenue cycle and provide excellent service to patients and insurance carriers. The role performs medical billing functions, including payment posting, cash collections, insurance aging review, and account follow-up. It is primarily based at the Administrative Office and works under the direction of the Billing & Credit Manager. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, including the ability to communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in basic office operations, including typing, filing, data entry, and use of standard office equipment.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate billing systems, electronic records, and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of medical billing, patient accounts, or related healthcare office experience is preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience that demonstrate the ability to perform the essential functions will be considered.
