Bilingual Billing Representative
About The Position
Keystone Patient Financial Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Billing Representative to support the revenue cycle through accurate billing, payment posting, collections, and follow-up while providing excellent service to patients and insurance carriers. The position is primarily based at the Administrative Office and works under the direction of the Billing & Credit Manager. The role includes medical billing functions such as payment posting, cash collections, insurance aging review, and account follow-up. It is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish for communicating with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare team members.
- Proficiency in basic office operations, including typing, filing, data entry, and use of standard office equipment.
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate billing systems, electronic records, and Microsoft Office applications.
Nice To Haves
- At least two years of medical billing, patient accounts, or related healthcare office experience is preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the essential functions will be considered.
Responsibilities
