About The Position

Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is hiring a Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant to guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, with a focus on supporting Spanish-speaking customers. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, helping them select a vehicle, explaining its features and operation, and providing a personalized customer experience from initial contact through the sale. Automotive sales experience is not required. The dealership offers paid training and opportunities for career development and advancement. This is a full-time, commission-based position. Employees should expect to work weekends and receive two consecutive days off. Compensation has no stated earnings limit. Requirements

Fluent in Spanish.
Computer skills, including Word, CRM, texting, and email.
Current valid driver’s license.
At least 18 years of age.
Clean driving record.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, identify their needs, and explain how those needs relate to available vehicles.
Show customers their vehicle and explain its features and operation.
Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
Negotiate sales transactions.
Attend training and sales meetings.
Complete sales transaction paperwork.
