About The Position

Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is hiring a full-time Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant for its Hillsboro, Oregon dealership. The role supports Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle-buying process, from their initial greeting through purchase and departure. The representative helps customers identify their needs, find a suitable vehicle, and feel confident and supported through a personalized experience. This is a commission-based sales role with paid training and opportunities for career development and advancement. The position is full-time and requires weekend work, with two consecutive days off.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish.
Computer skills, including use of Word, CRM, texting, and email.
A current, valid driver's license.
At least 18 years of age.
A clean driving record.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Automotive sales experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, identify their needs, and explain how those needs relate to a new vehicle.
Show customers their new vehicle and explain its features and operation.
Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
Negotiate sales transactions.
Attend training and sales meetings.
Complete sales transaction paperwork.
