Jones Ford Buckeye is seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish-English Automotive Sales Consultant to join their high-volume dealership team. The role requires motivated sales professionals who can build relationships, work leads, present vehicles, close deals, and create loyal customers. Requirements

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience is REQUIRED.
• 1–2+ years of automotive sales experience
• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass required background check and drug screening
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct professional test drives
• Explain vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
• Follow up with Internet leads, phone leads, and showroom traffic
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer follow-up
• Prospect for new business and generate repeat and referral customers
• Complete sales paperwork accurately
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries with customers and dealership departments
• Stay current on Ford products, financing options, and dealership promotions
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and dealership events
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
