About The Position

Arion Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to oversee Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), administrative staff, and an assigned caseload of members. The role is responsible for high-quality service delivery, compliance with funding and licensing requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with members, families, and staff. This is a remote, work-from-home position requiring a dedicated home workspace, with some travel and in-person meetings.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Must live in Tucson or the surrounding area.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a DPS Fingerprint Card.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.
• Dedicated home workspace required.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSPs and administrative staff.
• Manage member caseloads and attend planning meetings.
• Oversee payroll, billing, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with service, licensing, and funding requirements.
• Train DSPs on timekeeping, data entry, and service documentation.
• Track certifications, compliance, and service data.
• Address service concerns, incidents, and complaints.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and required meetings.
