About The Position

Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant for Eden Park Apartments, a 324-unit community in Brooklyn Park. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective residents, assisting them in finding suitable apartments and ensuring an outstanding resident experience. The position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, a passion for working with people, and skills in sales and customer service.

Requirements

Bilingual Spanish speaker
Leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Professional, dependable, and motivated
Willing to complete required online training

Responsibilities

Tour apartments and showcase the community to prospective residents
Respond to leads and turn prospects into new residents
Process applications, leases, and move-in paperwork
Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents
Support leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals
Provide professional, responsive customer service every day
