About The Position
Tarantino Properties is looking for energetic Leasing Consultants to help prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional resident experience. This role requires a passion for customer service and sales.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
- Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
- Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
- Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
- Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
- Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
- Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
