Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, energetic, and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a sales-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Apartment leasing, property management, or multifamily housing experience
- Retail sales, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer-facing experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized apartment tours and highlight community amenities and features
- Build relationships with prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
- Respond promptly to phone, email, text, and online inquiries
- Convert leads into leases while achieving occupancy and sales goals
- Prepare lease agreements and complete leasing documentation accurately
- Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
- Coordinate move-ins and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Support resident events and community engagement activities
- Maintain accurate records within property management software
- Collaborate with onsite team members to provide exceptional service
