The Apartment Leasing Agent will be responsible for greeting and qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, processing paperwork, providing customer service, generating traffic through outreach and social media, hosting resident functions, and supporting daily operations. The role requires a friendly and professional demeanor.

Requirements

Minimum 2 Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
Flexible schedule – weekends REQUIRED
Stable work history
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED
Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks
Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor
