About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive Leasing Agents for our El Lago Apartments property, which has 351 apartment units. We are open to training individuals with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation is based on experience and anticipated performance, with an hourly rate of $18.00 - $20.00 plus a leasing bonus. The full-time schedule is 40 hours per week and includes one to two weekend days, which may be rotated occasionally by request. Some holidays are also included in the rotating schedule, with a paid day off in the same payroll period. We encourage you to review our corporate website and the property's website. Many of our high-performing Leasing Agents have advanced their careers within the multifamily business to positions such as Data Entry, Assistant Manager, and Apartment Manager, which offer increased responsibilities, skills, and wages. Payroll is bi-weekly with direct deposit at no charge to the employee. We manage luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments with exceptional amenities and are dedicated to providing residents an outstanding living experience with the highest level of service and no deferred maintenance. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• English writing skills
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge.
• Managing your calendar of appointments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.
