About The Position

We are seeking confident and productive Leasing Agents for our Management Support property, Villas at Parkside, which has 368 apartment units. We are open to training individuals with transferable sales experience or prior leasing experience. Compensation is based on experience and anticipated performance. The role involves a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including one to two weekend days which may be rotated occasionally. Some holidays are also part of the rotating schedule, with a paid day off in the same payroll period. Our company, MS, manages luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments and is dedicated to providing residents with an outstanding living experience and the highest level of resident service. We are looking for organized, responsible individuals who take pride in their work and are seeking stability and career advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Comfortable in handling phone inquiries which demonstrate property knowledge.
• Managing your calendar of appointments.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.
• Climb 3 flights of stairs if no elevator.

Nice To Haves

• Higher education a plus.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus.
