About The Position

Staffinity is currently seeking a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a permanent position with a base salary of $46,000, plus benefits, vacation, personal days, RRSP matching and bonus. The schedule is hybrid , 2 days per week in the office. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining client loyalty by resolving account discrepancies and providing professional financial counselling. Note on Schedule: This position requires flexibility for rotating shifts. Shifts are scheduled 5 days per week (40 hours total) between Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 8:00 pm) and weekends (9:00 am – 5:00 pm).

Requirements

Fluently Bilingual: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
Experience: 6 months+ of call center experience; experience with account resolutions or billing cycles is a significant asset.
Problem-Solving: High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence mutually beneficial solutions.
Technical Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and accurately manage data entry.
Flexibility: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
Professionalism: A strong desire to learn and apply industry best practices throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions across phone, email, and chat to resolve account concerns and settle disputes.
Work closely with customers to determine appropriate repayment options and ensure a balance between client experience and company interests.
Maintain a high level of product and procedural knowledge to provide professional financial counselling.
Identify and support initiatives to enhance the overall account management and resolution experience.
Accurately document each interaction according to notation guidelines and update account information in internal databases.
Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies to achieve assigned financial targets and KPIs.
Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure optimal recoveries and client satisfaction.
