At OPENLANE, we make wholesale easy so our customers can be more successful. We are seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Account Coordinator with experience in customer service, account management, and administrative workflows including Accounts Payable (AP) and Vehicle Titles. As part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for coordinating local fleet & rental accounts and managing our front counter service. You may also support the redemption process for repo units, liaising with the national accounts team to support the vehicle and personal property redemption process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive a positive customer experience, coordinate administrative tasks with your accounts, and have an opportunity to gain sales experience as we seek to grow our local fleet accounts.
