Jobber is seeking a motivated and bilingual Account Executive (Spanish) to join their Sales department. This role focuses on empowering small businesses, particularly in the home services sector (plumbers, painters, landscapers), by helping them transform their operations through technology. Jobber's platform enables these businesses to quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments, enhancing their customer experience. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales environment with commission and/or targets, with the ability to articulate past successes.
  • Ability to drive urgency and excitement in a dynamic environment with a short sales cycle.
  • Driven, tenacious, and disciplined approach to sales.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of sourcing, interpreting, and creating narratives from data.
  • Coachable and adaptable, comfortable with change and ambiguity in a evolving sales team.
  • Enjoyment of technology and a desire to share excitement about empowering the world with mobile technology.
  • Clear and confident communication style, with active listening and consulting skills.
  • Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Drive connection with potential customers through phone, email, and SMS outreach in both English and Spanish to assist LATAM customers.
  • Connect with small businesses to understand their challenges and goals.
  • Provide recommendations on how to best utilize Jobber, including specific workflows and feature applications.
  • Demonstrate the value of Jobber through conversation, social proof, and product demonstrations.
  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to create a strong customer experience and product exposure.
  • Manage and close opportunities generated by SDRs.
  • Run discovery calls and deliver product demos.
  • Close new business and help customers confidently choose Jobber.
  • Attach add-ons, users, and other features to enhance customer value from Jobber.
  • Book new customers into onboarding to ensure their success.
  • Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up, knowledge sharing, and analytics.
