About The Position
We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our team as Rental Technicians at our mountain rental shops. If you’re passionate about winter sports and have a positive attitude, discover why Snowshoe is the premier ski resort in the Mid-Atlantic. This role involves maintaining guest service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, supporting team operations, promoting safety, ensuring liability compliance, and contributing to the overall team effort. The work environment is at our mountain rental shops, offering the opportunity to explore Snowshoe Mountain and enjoy outdoor activities. You will make connections with guests and employees from across the country and around the world, providing exceptional hospitality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities
- Provide information on equipment, the shop, resort, and area; uphold professionalism and appearance; coordinate with other departments for guest rentals.
- Deliver excellent service, teamwork, and safety; ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge.
- Assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
- Follow safety guidelines, maintain a clutter-free workspace, and adhere to food/drink policies.
- Collect and record guest/employee information; manage equipment records and maintenance needs.
- Achieve results as needed and assist with related tasks.
