They are seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent customer service skills to join their team as Rental Technicians at their mountain rental shops. No prior gear experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. - High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Provide information on equipment, the shop, resort, and area
- Uphold professionalism and appearance
- Coordinate with other departments for guest rentals
- Deliver excellent service, teamwork, and safety
- Ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge
- Assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks
- Follow safety guidelines
- Maintain a clutter-free workspace
- Adhere to food/drink policies
- Collect and record guest/employee information
- Manage equipment records and maintenance needs
- Achieve results as needed
- Assist with related tasks
