About The Position

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to explain rental procedures, safety guidelines, and product features.
• Basic math skills for retail calculations and accurate transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering processes.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail sales or grocery store experience, particularly involving customer interaction and product merchandising.
• Supervising experience, especially managing team members or overseeing daily operations.
• Bilingual abilities.
• Experience upselling or conducting product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with bike rentals, returns, and inquiries using POS systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations to explain bike features and rental options.
• Stock bikes, accessories, and promotional merchandise, maintaining availability and visual appeal.
• Upsell additional products to support customer satisfaction and sales.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using proper cashiering procedures.
• Answer customer questions by phone and in person, using strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Supervise rental procedures, ensure safety protocols are followed, and help maintain bikes for optimal performance.
