About The Position

The Client Associate is responsible for maintaining the in-store sales and service experience and promoting a sales culture within the retail store to achieve or exceed sales, key performance indicators (KPIs), and profitability goals. The role includes connecting with clients, building repeat business, maintaining product knowledge, supporting store events and marketing initiatives, and helping provide a welcoming, productive retail environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-services-related capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for in-store guests.
• Promote a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including front-of-house and stock areas.
