This role is a hybrid position supporting the Prairies region with bid coordination and the Calgary office with administrative duties.

Requirements

Sufficient knowledge of prior sales platforms, in order to be able to learn and master Salesforce.
Willingness to be part of the Calgary office and get to know everyone in it.

Responsibilities

Keep track of the request for quote emails that come through for all 3 Prairies' provinces.
Input this information into Salesforce and assign the opportunity to an Estimator.
Present on a weekly basis the calendar created through Salesforce to show what jobs are bidding.
Assist the Sales Manager with analytics and dashboards through Salesforce.
Answer and direct calls to the office and tech support in a courteous and timely manner using Teams Phone.
Greet customers, service providers, and couriers as they enter the office.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
