About The Position

AMG Tech Support Services is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bid Coordinator to identify, evaluate, price, and submit proposals for IT field service opportunities on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of IT field services and can confidently evaluate project requirements, source qualified technicians, calculate project costs, discuss service opportunities with clients, and prepare competitive proposals that maximize company profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. This position plays a critical role in the continued growth of our company by securing profitable projects and building long-term client relationships throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming client opportunities daily.
  • Evaluate project scope and technical requirements.
  • Research labor, travel, and material costs.
  • Contact technicians to verify availability and negotiate pricing.
  • Communicate with clients regarding project scope, scheduling, pricing, and service expectations.
  • Prepare and submit competitive bids and project proposals.
  • Track opportunities from proposal through award or rejection.
  • Coordinate awarded projects with the Dispatch Department.
  • Maintain accurate bid records, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Operations to improve bid success rates, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
