About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Bicycle Mechanic with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring every bike that leaves our shop is safe, precise, and ready to ride—while creating exceptional experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of bicycle mechanic experience (required)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical expertise
  • Excellent communication and people skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by advising clients on products, services, and cycling solutions
  • Perform high-quality service and repairs on all styles of bicycles
  • Take ownership of quality control, ensuring every bike is built and serviced to the highest standards
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and fully stocked workshop
  • Track and manage parts orders, warranties, and service records
  • Complete all assigned work accurately and on schedule
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns and create positive outcomes
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities
  • Continuously build your product knowledge and technical expertise
  • Contribute to a positive, team-first culture built on communication, integrity, and shared success
