Corporate Strategy & Growth is a backbone function that supports Finance and People & Culture with data, insights, and decision‑making tools. In this role, you will join the Strategy team and work on use cases across Finance and People & Culture, helping teams make better decisions through clear, reliable, and well‑designed data products. This position is a 1 year full time contract, with a potential to extend.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or dashboard development
- Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, ideally in a cloud environment, including DAX
- Solid SQL skills for querying, transforming, and aggregating data
- Strong analytical thinking and a good understanding of basic statistics
- A pragmatic and detail‑oriented approach to data quality
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholder groups
- A proactive, calm, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Solid understanding of and hands‑on experience with Star Schema modeling
Nice To Haves
- Have experience with AWS services such as S3, Athena, Glue, or basic IAM concepts
- Use Python for data manipulation or light automation
- Have worked on KPI definition together with business stakeholders
- Bring experience in Finance, People & Culture, or similar business domains
- Are familiar with version control tools such as Git
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that track and explain key business KPIs
- Define KPIs together with stakeholders and translate business questions into actionable insights
- Support Finance and People & Culture teams with data products that enable better decision‑making
- Gather and analyze data requirements and work with data from multiple sources, including systems such as Personio, Zep, Jira, and flat files
- Structure and model data in a scalable and maintainable way
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities through dashboards and analytical outputs
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with governance and best practices
- Promote data literacy, transparency, and responsible data usage
- Work closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders in an agile setup
