About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking a seasoned BI Analyst/Developer for a 12+ month contract position with a global financial institution in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves complex analysis and end-to-end business intelligence report development. The successful candidate will use SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx to collaborate with business and technology partners, turn data into actionable insights, and implement end-state delivery strategies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Tableau report development experience.
- At least 3 years of Alteryx development experience.
- At least 3 years of SQL coding and reporting experience.
- Excellent analytical and verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to solicit input from others.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas and theories.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time to meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement database-related solutions.
- Develop and enhance reporting solutions to track and assess performance.
- Create and maintain procedures and documentation.
- Gather, document, and analyze complex data and information, and draw conclusions.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on process improvements and best practices.
